PRE WORKOUT BALL HANDLING

DRILL  DURATION/COUNT

  1. Ball Slaps    10 (10 RT/LT)
  2. Right hand only-crossovers (low and wide) 20
  3. Left hand only-crossovers (low and wide) 20
  4. Right side push/pull (low and long)  20
  5. Left side push/pull (low and long) 20
  6. Right hand only around right leg 10
  7. Left hand only around left leg  10
  8. Figure 8 Stationary (change direction ½ way through)  10 
  9. Spider Dribble  15 sec
  10. Two ball alternating  15 sec
  11. Two ball with one ball around right leg  30 sec
  12. Tow ball with one ball around left leg  30 sec


POST WORKOUT BALL HANDLING


DRILL DURATION/COUNT

  1. Key, one dribble crossovers 1 time
  2. Key, one dribble between the legs  1 time
  3. Key, one dribble behind the back 1 time
  4. Wings, attack dribble, crossover both ways, finish baseline 10 (5 each wing)
  5. Wings, attack dribble, between legs, both way, finish middle  10 (5 each wing)
  6. Wings, attack dribble, behind back both ways, alternate finishing  10 (5 each wing)
  7. Wing attack baseline, pull back, re-attack middle  10 (5 x 2 each)
