Letter From RRHS Coaches



These are general workouts that are designed for all of our RR basketball players to improve on their own.  The most important thing while doing the workout is that you must go game speed.  The more practice we have shooting at game speed, the better shooters we will become.

The dribbling workout should be done before and after your shooting workout.  This will help make us all better ball handlers.  Everyone on the court must be able to handle the basketball.  Again, make sure you are going game speed.

These workouts can be done anywhere.  They do not need to be done in a gym.  If you have a basketball hoop at home, you can get in a workout at any time.

These workouts are not mandatory.  They present an opportunity for you to get better.  With your improvement, the team improves.  Completing the 10,000/5,000 program will not be easy.  However, you will definitely see positive changes in your game, and you will be better prepared for the season.
